Nice looking site. Not too many projects right now but I think that will change as more people know about it.
I hope I can find a project I can do there soon.

Do the project posters pay directly or do they have to deposit the BTC for the project in the site?

ahmedjamal1998, Please take the time to update your profile, it can bring you jobs, I had someone contacting me directly and inviting me to a project just because of some skills I had described on my profile.

syamster, I am getting more people all the time, some of them out of the Bitcoin world by posting on Freelance forums and groups. You will be surprised but I promise you that if you post a programming job for a duration of 3 weeks or so, you will find people to bid on your project with the exact programming skills you demand.

twister, People deposit to the site's cold wallet and funds are kept in there. There isn't any hot wallet on any wallet at all for that matter on the server. Withdrawals are processed manually and issued within 24hrs following strict manual scrutiny to allow the best possible security. That said, you can use small amounts for created  milestones, release them and withdraw them. There isn't a reason to keep a big amount of money on the site in this type of site anyways.

Sorry for the "necrobump" but the website is active and IMO the relevant discussion shouldn't be buried. 

Anyway, I have a small complaint:

Simply put, it's hard to predict whether or not "Budget" implies payment per task or total payment. An easy fix would be to encourage people who create project advertisements to specify.
