hi
i got a t9+ which start  with no problem  and start hashing normaly  but after reaching the ideal hash for the board is crash
the miner still working but gave me zero hash

https://6.top4top.net/p_12816oegi1.png

i tried  different firmware
i tried to reset the miner
tried different  pools
change the internet connection many times
change the network setting
tested the hashing board separately
but nothing happen
below is the kernel log

Are you sure that you tried different firmware? If you flash or upgrade the miner to the latest version(2019) flash it back to lower version won't work.

How about flashing it through SD card?

If you don't know how to do that you can follow the guide from here T9+ Control Board Program Recovery

Also, check the PSU if you have extra PSU try to replace it and check or if you don't have extra use multitester to test if the power supply gives you enough power. The output power should be around 12v.

thanks for your  reply
i already tried that the first thing i did was flashing it using sd card
but nothing change
i used  another power supply from a working  miner
and also got the same result

one more thing  when i reduce the freq to 400  its works fine with no problem

If it works at 400 freq then you might just have to run it at a lower frequency. The latest T9+ firmware provides several options for reducing frequency, thus lowering the power draw.

What PSU are you using and what is the supply voltage? Make sure that you are running above 200 V instead of 110 since that could prevent the miner from drawing sufficient power.

Ignore scammers on Skype, Telegram, etc. I will only ever contact you via forum PMs. See profile for fingerprint.

i am using bitmain apw3+ psu
the input voltage 220 v
the problem for that frequency it force me to lose the hash power for the other  2 board n the miner
but i cant find any other solution

Can you try to flash the miner again though SD card while disconnected to the internet then change the ssh password. May be someone hijacking your hashrate this is just what I thought so try to flash it again offline and ssh password before you online.

Follow this guide to change SSH password below.

- Open putty
- Access the SSH IP of the miner with putty
- Login with root/admin
- Once you login change your SSH password with this command "passwd" without quote
- Then use this command "cp /etc/shadow /config/shadow" to permanently change the ssh password just to make sure it won't revert back after reboot.

If you did this through offline after miner reboot try to test it again connected to the internet with working pool server.

Let us know if there's changes because there is a well-known problem for ASIC miners their miners are hijacking or infected if they don't change the SSH password or disable it that is bitmain release the latest firmware with SSH disabled.

Forgot to ask this "tested the hashing board separately" what happen what is the result after you test the hashboard one by one? Did you get a hash rate or nothing?

I encountered quite same problem but with L3+

when i installed the 4th hash board, the hashing rate (RT) will slowly decreased to 0.
Changed everything n lastly found the controller board having problem.

In detail what causing the Controller board behaving like this unknown; as i never bother to send for repair due to cost.

 Grin

regards,
