BTC Loan needed

I would like to get a loan on BTC, appreciate if the lender is from Sri Lanka.

I can keep LTC as collateral.

What are the amounts for both currencies, and why do you need the lender to be from a specific location?

Not from Sri Lanka but I can lend assuming that the BTC amount is under 3 BTC and that LTC covers at least 130% of the BTC amount. 0.13% daily interest rate (3.9% monthly) with 1 mBTC minimum interest.
