Even that is an old account or new account of eBay that is prohibited to buy or sell, there is a restriction of it that they might be protecting other users for possible fraudulent happen in having a transaction in the market place. You're just like buying an account here in the forum which is also strictly prohibited and that might DT members give you negative feedback.
