As per the research conducted by Glassdoor, almost 95% of the companies admit to hiring the wrong people for the job. This can be a huge hit to the company's budget and resources. The reasons for bad hire is the lack of curated profiles that best fit the job. The curation of the resume is difficult and time consuming as the resume would fit into various disciplines. This will cause a pressure brewing for the hiring managers to pull out one resume that almost fits the requirements and go on with it.
