They made donations, wrote about these donations and encouraged others to do the same. a lot of advertising and raised funds.
Considering some factors that I saw with my own eyes. in particular from countries of the 3rd world (I myself am from such a country).

This is considering that the State received assistance from domestic businessmen, organizations and international funds. (estimated not small amounts)
I was interested in one question, what kind of people will do this individually, when there will be no advertising from the fact that they will help someone.

Even in the case when someone either automatically or not confirmed the receipt and reading of the letter, I did not receive a response. Even the issue of the problem with the possibility of further clarification and solution (help), or at least to check if the bot is sending ... letters.

Just imagine a situation when a person is ill, he cannot help himself, although he wants to and is physically ready. only factors are not in his favor.
