Does anyone have any experience with this web-site? Is it a scam?
https://www.francex.in/

Also, have anyone tried investing in [banned mixer]'s offer?

For the first link there's a scam suspicion because:
1. Literally no reviews or feedback online
2. The web-site created around June, but web-site states that first user posted around May

For the first link there's are arguments it might not be a scam because:
1. It's invitation only web-site and invitations are sold on darknet
2. On the invitation seller on the darknet there are positive feedbacks of at least 20-40 purchasers

For the second link there's a scam suspicion because:
1. There are also no reviews of the service from investor side

For the second link there's are arguments it might not be a scam because:
1. The mixer is wellknown and there are a lot of reviews from consumer side

But ultimately its not very clear about both of them, so looking if anyone here used any of them.

[banned mixer] seems to not be a scam.

[banned mixer] is using jambler as their backend (i.e. is a 'partner mixer' of them).

Maybe you can check out a thread of Jamber.io which was created here by one of the owners, i think; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4667343.0
You can read through to get a clear picture of the discussion.

As for francex.in, i have never heard of it. if the website or service is brand new... don't waste time with it.

Yes, I also think that whatever you find from darknet is "more likely than not" to be a scam. And when I was also checking Jamber I also didn't find any actual feedbacks from investors. The thread is mostly from user side and only few ppl asked questions about investors, but didn't really say if they tried investing there.
