Tech Help please A9 Zmaster

Hi,

I need some guidance on my A9 Z master please.

It stopped hashing yesterday and I rebooted several times,  even factory reset.  It still doesnt get past tuning stage and the interface screen is just in constant refresh.

Can anyone help please?

did you try to flash the latest firmware of the miner?
give it a try and see if it works

Yeah I have done that.
The machine just doesn't start hashing.

Check your power supply connections and unplug it for about 10 minutes then plug back in. Make sure PSU doesnt have too much dust in it or stopping the psu fan also

I had to replace my router once as I was getting the same problem. If possible try it on a different computer/browser/router.
