Binance Jersey do not offer real 10 Euro, I mean not that 10 Euro that you can use on buying cryptocurrencies.
10 Euro offered by Binance Jersey goes to your account but will be used only to pay fees on the platform.

I did not hear about those giveaways. The only thing that I know there was a giveaway from blockchain wallet, if you are passing the KYC process you would get 25 USD in Stellar. I also have an account on Binance Jersey but never got any bonus.

in the beginning there was a bonus of 20 euro at binance jersey. i got it   now €10    you're right. blockchain also gave XLM for free.

for coinbase I don't know why I think their rewards are not interesting, and coinbase has experienced problems with their kyc system and many people use this to cheating by manipulating airdrop with tens or even hundreds of accounts and because of this many people don't cheat doesn't get a chance to get their rewards. at the moment it's been fixed, for binance jersey I don't know the info about it

I already saw someone asking about this offer and many replied that it was a legitimate offer since coinbase is one of the most reputed crypto exchange but you need to to submit KYC to get the rewards so you need to decide 10 euros is worth or not for your all the documents.
