In our quest for exchanges to conduct our IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) for the World’s First Tokenized Equal Weight Digital Currency Index Fund…IX15, we came across a number of exchanges that raised our suspicions more than others. For example, it was clear from discussions with the following exchange that was charging 15BTC (US$150k at the time), that not everything was kosher

you are probably unfamiliar with how business works in the real world.  If your future potential partner is caught lying to you, like they have done in this case. You do not negotiate a lower price, you run a mile.
