I know that they have the right to use anything for their marketing strategy and then attract uses to them, but it is not about gift and all those rewards, but about the quality services that they render and trying their possible best not to give their users an excuse to go offline.

I know that bit box use to be a great exchange but I stopped hearing about them, although I never really cared to check on them since I don’t use them, not until now that you mentioned they are back online again, so I was not even aware of their issue. I have been using a good exchange all these while that it was not necessary for me to pay attention to other, binance has been good to me, and the other exchange that I see as alternative is kucoin, but I am sure that there will be people that will give the bitbox a try again.
