Well, hello everyone!
It has been a while since my last post here. As some members have previously stated, we maintain daily updates in Discord and Telegram so if you want fresh news about us, I do recommend you join the channels. We tend to reserve BTCTalk for mostly big updates.
First, I want to thank everyone who has been so kind as to provide updates here on our behalf, thank you for that!
ok, so around the time of my last post in May, we were close to launching, so what happened? Well, it turns out that our token was quite a bit more popular than we expected, especially in China, and this exposed us early to the concept of “the Brush”. We realized that while our mining concept worked in it’s intended original idea of serving the blockchain as a server, it did not work very well with mobile devices. But our green mining truly shines with mobile, so something had to be done to ensure that mobile would be first class citizens on our blockchain.
So, early summer, the team went back to the drawing board and during the last 6 months, we implemented a completely new, original and fully anonymous system which allows us to beat the Brush! We call this new idea the appointment system and it was successfully tested in a TESTNET we did a few weeks back. This system is fully anonymous and will allow good users to mine with peace of mind while keeping the bad guys out.
During one of our last testnets, which was not advertised save a few mentions in our 2 official channels, we received more than 22,000 unique Ips during the week that the test lasted. This is quite impressive for an early project, and I think that we can expect very fast growth once we go live! And it is of course because of this immense growth potential that the team took it’s time to ensure that we could handle such load once in MAINNET. Our development takes time, but our modus operandi of our team is that things be well done. Quality over quantity with IUM, and we are willing to take the time it takes to do things right.
At this point in time, the code is now pretty much ready the team is taking care of all the last minute loose ends we can find as we prepare to go live to MAINNET. The official launch date is not yet determined, but we do eye early December. The team will reconvene soon to determine the official dates and of course, we will make a public post once everything is decided.
Until then, we have to author a lot of user documentation, we have to update the white-paper, the website, etc. So we are now in the mainnet on-boarding phase.
So, the Neuralium [IUM] project is very healthy and launching VERY soon with some pretty revolutionary tech. The world is just about to change…
