Never heard out this exchange before and just want to ask on how did you know this non popular or unknown exchange? yet you had mentioned that
you cant find any searches from them. Someone recruit you out? If I were you its better to skip out on this` exchange and just choose those who are on the top like Binance.

That fact that you can't find any information about them, the obvious approach is to just simply ignore them. Why still seeking for other information? There are lots of same reliable platforms out there which you can consider using instead.

Don't know if they are legit or not but why used an exchange with only limited information and no such good reviews available at the moment. According to the site they launched in 2016 but for 3 years still doesn't have any good feedback and reviews?

Hope there's no shilling of that site here.

It's another unpopular new trading site maybe,  I was able to browse on the site, but it will not direct you to their trading platform, they require you to sign up first. I was just trying to see the trading pairs and the volume, that's how I evaluate the site at first, but this one does not allow.

never heard of it, you should carefully and immediately analyze the security of their website.
avoid suspicious activity and prioritize security.

I never heard it, but somehow, when I visit on that exchange, I feel that it looks like bittrex

They have many altcoin pair, the registered customer is not too big depends on the other exchange. If they are good, then maybe I will register to their site too. But we cannot see the pair for every coin because we need to register first on their site so we can see it.

Cold calling and cold emailing are a pretty normal marketing tactic that has been used in years with tremendous success by many companies.Anyway,it smells like a scam,if crypto related companies use it.
If a crypto project wants to build trust,they have to post an announcement thread on this forum first and gather some feedback first(by offering some demo/trial version of their service).This is the right way to do business in the crypto economy.

Never heard of this company and it looks like this is fairly new platform.

If you Google and can't find anything then that's already a red flag not to trust this company.

So if I'm in your shoes, I would stay away so that you won't regret any decision in the future specially if they turn out to be a scam, better be safe that sorry.

Since you cannot find much information about them, then I advise that you leave them and not research more so that you don't go and put yourself in trouble, any company that is serious should at least have their strong presence online for people to be able to verify them at any time. I am not completely judging them anyway, because they might be a new company just trying to look for clients, but then, they ought to have put something in place.

We have lots of trading platform that are popular and they have their strong online presence, this is trading and you have to ensure that you out everything in place that would make your trade run smoothly, including the trading platform that you are using, so you didn’t lose your trade for any reason that cannot be explained.

We appreciate you opening this thread and bringing up this issue. Most newbies will suddenly jump on it and not thinking that they are putting themselves in a precarious situations and then bitch around the community when they lost everything.

Blame everyone but if you take a closer look, they didn't do their investigations or not asking proper questions to this community.

Good thing that you had asked first but one thing bothers my mind on how they do able to contact you? Have you been using your phone numbers anywhere?
Inputting into any sites because lots of them will use it up even scammers just to take advantage into those people who believe into their schemes.
Why would trust into a site which doesnt have feedback? There are lots of better options which is more transparent and clearly be seen on how they do perform well on the market.

I find I get about one telemarketing phone call a month (about a variety of topics). I have had the same phone number for several decades so I guess it has ended up on a telemarketing database by my failure to select the right tick-box for not having my details passed on to 3rd parties when filling in some form.
I don't think it is uncommon.
