Coinbase case number

Hi!

A couple of hours ago i registered a support case via https://help.coinbase.com/.

I have not recieved any case\ticket number by email. Anyone know if you should get this right away or do you have to wait until they have looked at your case?

The support ticket should be pushed to your email address automatically as away of making the follow-up easy. Were you asked to fill up your email address and name anywhere during the process of opening up a support ticket?

If you did, then try checking your spam folder as well to see if the message ended up there.
