I won't waste your time retelling the latest news about Libra and how it became non-welcomed among politics, banks, etc.
There's also TON project, which seems more acceptable among society, exchange platforms, communities, etc.

Comparing the feedback — while Gram is 'delighted to be listed' by different exchanges (quote from here), Libra's just... 'not money' (quote from here).
So, could you explain, what's the difference between Libra and Gram and is there future for Gram coin?
I think the Telegram coin is more of a utility token for the Telegram platform, whereas Facebook's libra token is more of a dollar/asset backed stable coin.
The Libra Project is different as Mark Zuckerberg went to the Senate to recieve proper scrutiny, while Telegram did not and now is under pending investigation by the SEC for possibly selling unregistered securities (Gram tokens).

First, the futures of both coins are still in limbo with the government agencies still not giving them the green light to proceed. In terms of development, however, Telegram is ahead because it has already done with its coin offering. They have already accomplished something, only stuck in the distribution. Facebook, on the other hand, is still on its planning stage. So there is still a lot of work to be done for Facebook. But, they are equally stagnant for now. The biggest difference between the two is that Gram is not a stable coin unlike Libra.
