What is the best way to announce a new blockchain technology?

I am pretty new to the field and just working on how to create my first ICO announcement on bitcointalk and other communities. We are a Korean blockchain company and soon we're about to start our new token sales based on our new project. Can you give me your advises based on your experience? If you have a plan to start IEO, firstly you need to choose launchpad for your IEO first. Make a deal with them, then start your campaign. When you make a deal to exchange is done, you can start to design your Bitciontalk Announcement. If your project wants to success, choose a reputable member for creating thread for you. Using escrow for payment if you want to start investment or bounty thread.

You simply post a short topic/article concerning the project you're in, what their goal is, what they're fixing, what the solution is, why blockchain technology fixies it(if it actually does), who the investors are, those stuff that should be already available on the project's website(assuming you have one). Just make sure to be very honest on the information. Don't say stupid and scammy stuff like "invest in our IEO and you'll be rich" and something like that.

Add links to the project's website and social media, a few pictures here and there to make the topic look great, and you're good to go.

Just do the main announcement straight-off, with all the necessary information. It's pointless to make spammy pre-announcements unless you're working for Tron's Justin Sun and you're project is just all hype and no use-case.

You can choose Announcements (Altcoins) official section to post your announcements. The social media also good way to share about your project. You can add about your project to ICO listing sites like icodrops and icobench. You can hire crypto influencers to do more marketing about your project. If you are planned to do an IEO, you can contact top exchanges. The exchanges will announce themselves.

As someone who constantly checks the ANN thread of altcoins, I highly advise that before you post any announcement, make sure that you post all of the important details about your project including the WhitePaper, the website, the profile links of your team, and all other relevant information that would attract investors.

Like what was mentioned above, you also have the option of hiring a bounty manager in managing your affairs and if you plan on creating a signature campaign (for further exposure and advertising).
