Need casino and poker expert - hiring with monthly payment!

One of my clients which involved in the gambling industry is looking for a casino and poker expert, the job is online with monthly payment and %1 profit from the casino.

The casino already have:

Poker platform ready, with slots and live casino (with source code) he bought it for $300,000 from a reputable software company based in Moscow.
The casino itself is License Pending from Malta, the complete process should take approximately 4 months. The job is permanent.

 

The candidate should:

• Have good english
• Develop Marketing Strategies
• Develop Poker Tables and market research for new tournaments
• Managing Social Media accounts

Monthly Payment between $1000 or $2000 depends on the candidate also 1% from the total profit of the casino.
Communication through Skype only.

At first please can you state what do you mean in casino expert? In poker expert as far as I understood you are looking for professional poker players to create some club/team for casino? Cause I have seen such things but idk benefits and etc of this, I don't even know if I wrote that idea about poker correctly.
And for those who are interested in Casino Expert position, please state what they will have to do in overall.

These capabilities are the things he'd been looking for.So its understandable on what he do mean about that casino expert.
