Procedure:
1.First meetup in HSBC bank / lawyer firm to show POC and POF
2.Discuss terms of the deal and sign contract.
3.Actual deal can take place on the same day ( or seller may request for it to happen the next day for any preparations)

Transaction Procedures :
1.   The Buyer will arrange a room in HSBC, HK for the meetup .

2.   Buyer provides pof as required for the transaction according to the volume of the Bitcoin to the Seller. (minimum 100mil)

3.   Seller does a satoshi test to show that he has at least 1000 btc

4.   Upon verification of both sides,  SPA will be signed.

5.   Dealing can be done in many tranches. BTC sent first then money will be transferred over.

6.   Until the whole deal is done, only then all Parties can leave the room.
 


Buyer is inviting the seller to the HSBC bank HK room for the transaction for a several reasons.
The POF to seller will be provided by bank officer HSBC bank HK at a meeting at the bank.(definitely legit)
Moreover, the buyer is willing to reimburse the seller’s costs of travel and accommodation for the duration of the transaction if the latter shows that he has at least 20k coins at the meeting.
