Seen lots of sponsored spam lately form the site on the topic titled advertising on the forum. The accounts used to carry-out this spam are mostly newbies accounts. You can observe this type of thread in their numbers on the altcoin discussion board although other sections aren't excepted. They start worthless topic with the sole purpose of advertising mintme.com. Some started topics are quite decent but should such advertisment strategy be welcomed on the forum?. Already report some decent numbers of such post especially the obvious spams and they have been deleted but the post that aren't clear spams per se should they go unpunished and be allowed to continue advertising, also is this enough reason to request for accounts promoting this site to get nuked especially when most or more of the topics are just filled with this sponsored crap.

Samples;
In the last 10 years we have seen increasingly more start-ups and entrepreneurs tackle issues in finance that were previously considered status-quo.
We've seen the inception of an entirely new asset class, cryptocurrencies, changing the way we think of currency transactions and purchase power parity. Blockchain showed us how we are able to build networks of trust and validation that can replace outdated protocols.

Do you think Cryptocurrency may displace the current financial system in the middle term?

According to Dante Disparte, Libra’s head of policy and communications, 1500 entities have indicated interest to join as a node operator. This gives Libra plenty of options.

Do you think this could be a strong competitor for the alts?

Since I started in this crypto world, the fake volumes to attract new users is one of the significant issues that need to be solved, but maybe we must wait many years until this happens.

So, what tips would you recommend to identify these fake volumes?

No, these fake "signatures" are not allowed. Advertising inside a post is not allowed with very rare exceptions. Report them to moderator.

24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful.

Here's a list that might help - users who posted "This post is sponsored by" in the last 7 days:

They are probably breaking the rules without even knowing, I think the mod should issue them a warning before nuking the accounts. If they do not stop advertising a signature within a post, then a 7 day ban may do the trick.

I just hope if the accounts are banned or nuked, they would not just open some other one, and start from where they left off.

All the account were created on the same day... 14th September so the person behind this obviously knew that he/she was breaking the forum rules with an intention to spam the hell out of the forum. Such a person didn't deserve any warning at all.

Nuking was definitely the most plausible option according to me.

I have not seen this before, but I guess they where operating in altcoin zone.
No wonder, spam is like a virus, always changing and finding new ways for promotion.
Good thing is that all posts are now deleted, and thanks for reporting.

I remember calling out one of their accounts before for being a shill account. He/she acted like a normal user asking questions and posting "guides" but when I looked at his/her post history, all he/she talks about is mintme. After that, next posts I see is "sponsored by mintme"

Perhaps they decided to become more transparent  Huh
