According to this list, Paycent is the only bitcoin debit card that is available to order worldwide. I would like to get some reviews from people who used it, preferably from users who are outside EU/U.S.

Interesting but the problem they have lots of bad reviews from their apps from here below.

So I think much better to move on and use other Debit cards.
