I wonder if Litecoin will ever be offered on Coinbase any time soon. Wouldn't that be a huge gain for Litecoin, perhaps one of the biggest?

Charles Lee (the creator of Litecoin) works at Coinbase , it's a matter of time before it hits Coinbase. I think we'll see it happen in 2014. |

To even think that this day would have ever been possible when it launched was unthinkable.

Have to agree with you for once. Then again if LTC hits coinbase its to the moon with it. I would not be shocked to see it hitting 30+ again in short order. I think really that is what is holding back LTC is the lack of conversion places for FIAT. |

Of course this happened.. A new pool offering a scammy 2Xltc incentive grabs 40 Ghash of people and so people want to buy/sell/trade the coin with their newfound riches.. Wait til the promo is over and you'll see regular volumes and ltc diff will drop again.

Umm no ltc will be on huobi (the worlds biggest btc exchange) in 3 days , volume is only going higher. |

Not crazy of a coin being listed on too many exchanges. That's when the dumping/flooding starts!!

Is this because the multipools and their mothers are mining at Ghash.io to get the 1.25x to 2x promotional block rewards?

Excellent job guys!  I've been anxiously awaiting this day to come! Time to celebrate!! *grabs a bottle of champagne*  Litecoin will soon overtake Bitcoin in price, and as the #1 coin to mine. Just because of it's incredible decentralization. The downfall of Bitcoin is of course due to all this ASIC centralization which I predicted long ago.  Bitcoin devs should have listened when I warned about this in an old post of mine. But they where more concerned about "securing the network"  How secure is the network if it is centralized?
