To tell the truth, it's our merchant service -- https://merchant.raidofinance.eu/

Today we launched new payment methods -- by plastic cards.

Yes, you really can buy bitcoin (or ethereum) and pay USD or EURO by debit card.

I'm interersted in responces of all kind.

Thnx

Being a new service and asking for 100 EUR as a minimum for CC deposits and 300 EUR for SEPA is not a good way to attract users. I suggest you change that.

Also, the calculation of your fees seems to be broken. I believe you're not taking into consideration the "In fee" while calculating.

We'll see... Hope, it won't be necessary.

You enter what "You'll pay" and immediately see what "You'll get" -- all counts are real, incl. all fees.
It's really important for us -- if You'd be so kind to tell what count did You enter?

The title of the topic appears to be slightly different from the content (It’s not a good marketing sign.)
So I need to verify the identity to use this service, it seems that you need to better protect the site from hacking.
How do I gain trust? I mean, I searched for the address using Google and did not find a location on the map pointing to serve you. The terms of use appear to be general and can be modified from the Internet.
The transfer fee seems expensive, eth exchange[1]>

I'm not sure If you fixed something in your part, but I can't seem to reproduce the issue.

I have been checking your Terms of services though, and there is a section where it says:

Quote
We may request further information with respect to our anti-money laundering ("AML") and know your client ("KYC") obligations. In addition, we may request that copies of such documents are notarized at your own expense, meaning that the documents are stamped and attested by a public notary.

Does that mean that you won't necessarily ask for people to verify their documents? unless you notice suspicious activities?
