As well as other Google services.

Regular Gsuite account cost you $5/user/month.
While the ones I'm selling, there are no monthly fee, just one time payment upfront.

The sale is only for the admin account, domain are expired. If you want to add your own domain then you can use service on Fiverr.

It's the standard account, storage quota is 15GB.

If you are looking for accounts with unlimited storage quota, I now have several Edu accounts, 10k user licenses... bit pricey though.
