Click on the link TXID, you will find all the information about the transaction. It happens that transfers may be delayed due to low fees. If the transfer request was created without commission, it may not pass at all.

How can't you find it if the transaction details say that you have successfully transferred it to a contract address? There are currently 25k confirmations so it should be good already.
If you can't still find it to the address you've sent, contact the exchange you've sent it.
