Being new to this whole thing, I got a rather rude surprise when I searched for a nearby atm, saw the 8.5% fee, then did my thing and wound up being charged 20%. (Could have been worse: I just saw another atm with an exchange rate set to $31k and change.) Come to find out, there's no way to know what the fee is until you're standing in front of the machine--and even then, only if you calculate it yourself, because the actual fee is not displayed.
Really? This is the future? Surely we can do better than that. So, question...
Anyone interested in a thread (or threads) devoted to current atm rates at specific locations? Toss in verification requirements for good measure. coinatmradar is great for locating atms, but seems pretty useless for determining fees, and semi-useless when it comes to verification requirements.
