if he is making such claims, then he is lying and is abusing my name.

you could have easily verified it by simply asking him to provide proof! such as a signed message from my
staked address or even the one in my profile!!!
also next time please try PMing the user they are trying to impersonate, making
a random comment in another unrelated topic could go unnoticed since this forum doesn't tell you when your comments are quoted.
