Not playing with Fortunejack, but that is typical bullying from bookmakers side, when they don't want to pay you. From my experience you will have a hard time getting that money back, so better write it off. Discussing with them will lead to nothing, they 99% won't change their mind and will refer to their T&C's all the time. The support staff you will be talking to are no decision makers and forget about talking to someone who is actually a decision maker.
As a bettor you are just doomed with these kind of methods. You won't get any help from authorities as these offshore-licenses are not worth the paper they are written on.
Going public with these kind of incidents is probably the best way. It puts some pressure on those companies, but chances are still slim unless you can 100% prove you did nothing wrong. If you can't do that, they will just hold up their accusations, until you finally give up and take it on the chin. Sad but true.
I think your experience is with other sites and not fortunejack, I may not have had this experience with them but I have seen people with similar issue and it gets resolved amicably. The OP only has to be sure that whatever he’s been accused of is not true.
I don’t advise going public in a situation like this especially when it’s still quite early. I would advise the poster to be patient and try to provide every requirement that is been asked of him. Any company that is willing to defraud its customers would not change regardless the publicity but fortune jack would definitely sort things out not because it’s on public but because they are very reputable. My friend was so scared when he had this exact kind of experience and I am glad they treated it very well.
