The platform you mentioned is still under_developement. It's a startup based ICO .
You are invited to download and install a trading station (available for all operating systems) which you have to try at your own risk. They promises to offer a zero trading fees .
Localcoin also provide a browser based wallet which make me confused about how to synchronise it with the exchange app. Link :
https://wallet.localcoin.is/I also find strange that they impose a fee to create the wallet , from what i can understand from this description quoted from the wallet website source :
Your Web Browser is your Wallet
When you create your first LocalCoin account, a LocalCoin bin-file will be automatically created and stored locally in your browser. This local wallet is encrypted with your password, and will contain any private keys belonging to your accounts. It is important to backup this wallet once created!
The account name you choose needs to be unique, as it will be registered publicly on the blockchain and will be your identifer for any transactions you make.
Since this is your first account, a faucet will pay the registration fee for you.
