Focus on the test

I study a lot I needed to study long hours In order to understand the lesson
When I go to the exam ,I can not focus and remember
Are there any suggestions?

A man needs his seven hours of sleep. Make sure you're not so fanatical about studying that it's harming your sleep.

Free your mind from other load and focus on the exam,thinking a lot will only makes you incapacitated and your mind will be divided to many things.
Sleep well at night and wake up 4am in the morning so your mind is fresh.

Then review the exam and make sure every details will cross your studying for better result. this is what i do when i am still studying.

You need to rest for a while after you learn hard, and don't forget to sleep for some hours because we need to release the tension so that we can pass the exam. After you take a rest, you can continue studying, and I think you will have a fresh mind to learn another lesson. Or you can do something else after you study for 2 hours because that will also help you have a fresh mind.
