As many of you know we are taking a different approach with TAK than any other altcoin. We find the problem with coins is that they get created and, although technically different, have no true purpose. They get initial blasts of popularity and then they fall off the face of the earth, making way for the next group of coins.

We began our acquisition phase today which netted us the twitter handle @GayMarriage, a LGBT focused handle with over 21,000 followers. This is the beginning of our human rights based networking direction and also the start of what will eventually become the true purpose of TAK. TAK Hub.

What is TAK Hub?

TAK (Tolerance, Acceptance, Knowledge) Hub is a social networking site, much like a cross between facebook and reddit. With a focus on human rights and world news, there are many unique differences that set TAK Hub apart.

1) When a person signs up they are automatically assigned "pen pals" of sorts, based on their human rights interest. (LGBT, sex equality, race equality, etc.)

2) A Social site that focuses more on finding people based on ideas and posts as opposed to names and proximity.

3) The more active a conversation is, the higher they're search ranking becomes. This part is similar to reddits upvote function.

4) Meeting people through active conversations is the focus. Finding the conversation first, before being able to go into someone's profile.

5) A posted topic has to be "acknowledged" in order to become a conversation. Meaning, until a certain amount of people deem it something to interact about, it stays as an idea. For example when a person posts no one can comment on it until a certain % of people deem it conversation worthy. This may seem harsh but it's a good way to have the whole site focus more attention on a smaller amount of conversations, thus improving connectivity, activity and efficiency. We are turning the tables on networking and making it so a large amount of people can better focus on a smaller amount of topics at a time, thus making each topic that much more important and that much more interactive. The goal of which is to draw true conclusion and perhaps reach some decision that can benefit the topic the discussion is about.

You can search for ideas or conversation.

6) People's accounts are tracked by the # of ideas and # of conversations. You can search both variables of a person but cannot search who they are following and who is following them. This is to remove the necessity for people to spam followers, as on twitter, in hopes that they follow back. It makes conversation, activity, and new ideas that much more important. You can imagine the conversation starter with the #1 conversation of the day will end up with a lot of followers. An excellent way to endorse quality posting.

How Will TAKcoin play a role?

We plan to implement some or all of the following:

a) Paid advertisements which can only be bought using TAK.

b) account levels which can be purchased with TAK (comparable to linkedin premium)

c) Other such products which require TAK

So Why Are You Acquiring High Traffic Twitter Feeds and Websites?

We plan to use these acquisitions to convert followers to future users of TAK Hub. When the time is right they will all be, in one way or another, part of our marketing force. The more we can acquire, the more users we can launch with.

What is the ETA?

This is obviously a work in progress and may change over time but the general direction of the site will not. We are currently in pre-alpha and working with a professional social networking development team with massive amounts of experience and a great portfolio. We expect to be launched anywhere from end of q2 to q3 2014.
