Standard Tokenization Protocol has announced a new MTO event, this time featuring Basic Attention Token (BAT). An MTO is a way to enable small investors to buy new token projects a massive discount of 50%. It will also reward winners with BAT tokens. The MTO works like a lottery with users purchasing tickets.

Why did BAT need such a thing?
I think it's not a good option for BAT. Arrange a sale again? Why?
