Bitcoin price prediction for before/after new year

I expect the price to linger around $8,000 for the rest of 2019 and start a gradual increase in the first quarter of 2020 to reach $15,000 to $20,000 by the halving in May 2020.

Better still the price of Bitcoin should ranges between $7000 to $8000 however the upcoming Xmas celebrations would have some impact on the price perhaps it should dumped to $7000 or lower after the celebrations I expect the price to pump after the whales must had bought at low and in anticipation of the halving of Bitcoin in 2020 optimistically the price would reach $15000+

Will Christmas affect the movement of bitcoin? last year when Christmas even the price of bitcoin fell, and maybe indeed it will be in the range of $7000 and even below that. before next year it will increase, but not significantly because historically the price of bitcoin will start to rise significantly 1 year after halving.

My opinion - it's probably going to hover between 6600$ and 7500$ until december 24, then it will try to rally to around 9900$, and maybe hit bottom at around 5000$ by mid January, to make it easy for whales to buy before the halving.

bitcoin is still experiencing consolidation, you can see the RSI is still at number 45,
of course there must be confirmation whether Bitcoin continues the upward trend or will go down again,
which is certain in my opinion we will see it is very risky if you trade today

The whales have already bought a lot of Bitcoin when the price was only $3,000. They are too late if they will buy a lot of Bitcoin only when the halving is about to happen. That is probably not the mindset of whales. Most of these whales are already buying the rumor. Before halving became news, they already bought a lot. When the news about the halving became mainstream, they are already selling. The whales are expected to be wise and ahead of the majority.

I’m expecting bitcoin prices to rise up to $8k levels in coming days, and then settle at $9k levels before this month ends. As for your question regarding whales I highly doubt they’ll buy at current levels or anytime soon because most of them have been selling thier coins so unless bitcoin prices hit $3k again I don’t expect whales to buy.

These whales won't risk their money unless the majority started to create trending movement on price increase. They're more choosy that us, that's why if they seem to witness some price declination we usually experienced a lot of crashes. Halving is good, but when the whales dominates the market we won't prosper ahead if time.

I'll go with 8,000 $ as my highest price range, and 6,000 $ as the lowest. As of now bitcoin has shown a dramatic price drop change within the last two weeks and we are gradually decreasing at 7,000 $ mark may be hitting quite below in the next days but it is somehow hitting ups at zero point something at percentage thus, we may have at least a somehow a positive look though it decreasing.

I'm really not expecting a "rally" at all. I'm going to guess that it's just going to be uneventful and will stay at around +/-1500 from the current price. But then again, that's just a number I pulled out of my ass. I'm not saying that a rally is impossible though, a lot of us weren't expecting the rally that occurred at the end of 2017 too. Bitcoin simply does bitcoin things.

You cant removed on ones mind not to think up the same way or compare it to the past.Thing here is that future is uncertain and no man would able to know on what  would happen on next days or years to come.
Its better not to expect at all because it will just simply frustrate you.The thing here is that you do accumulate btc as lower as the price it can be but somehow you should be prepare either it would slumpped nor rise its
price after such entry.We do talk about new year before and after so im not expecting for similar 2017 event just like yours.

It seems difficult to guess or predict the current movement of bitcoin and currently the price of bitcoin holds around $ 7,500 and moves up and down and does not penetrate $ 8,000.
and I hope in the near future or at the end of this month bitcoin goes up and continues to increase gradually to reach the highest price.

Whales can't literally have enough of bitcoin at ANY price, they just buy to a level where they could not increase the price by their own, and they just happen to be there during the increase. If given the choice, whales would buy BILLIONS of dollars worth bitcoin at this price, why?

Because, they are whales and if they could buy billions of dollars worth they could also increase the price later when they want and sell 5x billions worth later on however they can't, if they buy billions worth they would increase the price and that is not something they can do while they are at the purchasing stage. So, it is not something they intend to do but they can't buy as much as they want from any price, not at $3k, not at $5k, not at $10k, they just buy until price goes up.
