I wonder why the support said that you sent it to the wrong wallet (provided the TX ID).  Not sure how it works with BURST, but in the transaction there's this "Encrypted Message" and on stex there's a note stating "DON'T use Encrypt message".

Did you manage to send more BURST to that address (VY7Y-5WDK-9TUF-64SEN)? There are more incoming transactions after the transaction you reported.

I have used the STEX exchange, but the transaction volume is very low, which makes it difficult to interest me.

STEX exchange is not very popular in the eyes of traders and has a low transaction volume. Why STEX is a scam?
The exchange seems legit for me, yes they fake volume and list shitcoin but is way ahead of other shitcoin exchanges like yobit, crex24 and graviex, not my favorite one but when i use it i never had a problem.
