Yes, the community is open for testing such website/service. All big mixers that were made such as bitmixer.io, bitblender, coinmixer, chipmixer were tested and reviewed by the community.

You can post your thread on Services board or just open your official ANN thread on Service Announcements board.

If you are expecting people to come and give you reviews for free, then you'll likely get disappointed.

Just in case you decide to move this to the Services board, make sure you prepare some sats for the tester(s).
