Looks like an expensive and long ad campaign on a train based in Europe and owned by "Bitcoin Suisse". Did some online search and seems to be really based in Switzerland:

they are based in zug, and have been trusted since 2013, honestly I just know them now, but what they do is far more effective than just advertising on tv.
There is no need to see persuasive debate between presenters and economists, and they prove it very clearly through advertising in the larger public sphere. I was quite touched by their status on this one:
