They have no clear supporting documents.

I have a few questions before we start. I've opened an account on your platform, there I was asked to buy a premium account to trade.

1. Do I also have to have a premium account to withdraw my balance from bounty?
2. How much does it cost to buy a premium account?

I'll quote your answers so that all participants will read it and you no longer need to answer questions like this.

edit: Another thing I need to ask here (because you don't have a telegram group).
I read the pinned post in your telegram channel that you are currently celebrating the 2nd anniversary of your platform.

When I searched your website's identity on https://www.whois.net/, and I was surprised when I found out that your site was registered in 2019-12-01 (only 9 days old). Likewise, shown http://whois.domaintools.com/bitrade-x.com

Leave them! They have no even a cent in their pocket to pay y'all.

Yes this exchange is a scam. they ask for money to withdraw coins. To activate trading support asked me for 0.01 BTC or 0.5 eth. Then I asked support for other ways to activate and they gave me a extension link which i can used for activate. I knew this was a scam by that time i didn't try bothering. Now i see this and checked out that extension and the reviews of that extension says that extension is also a scam. Look at these support chat images.

You are really? Check, when project register new domain name for exchange! And check date on your screenshot!

Creation Date: 2019-12-01T17:03:58Z

If exchange take money for trading, this is scam? If you wasn't to pay,go to another exchange.Where you brains?

No words...
You can only fool the newbies of this forum which purpose was to join bounty campaign without proper research and the reason why your project is scam wasn't only about date of the domain creation but also the template of your site and logo which is just the work editing your previous scam job.
yes go to https://mybitmax.com this is the previous scam site of these scammers. One of them reached me telling he can not withdraw his money because exchange is restricted in their country. Then i looked into this and created an account for help him but once I notice this is a scam i blocked him.
Stay Away every one. They are smart.

I say they will give you rewards. But in order to withdraw those rewards you will have to deposit ETH or BTC and activate withdrawal or install that scam extension. See those support chat screenshots for proof. Once you deposited ETH/BTC to account I'm sure nothing will be activated other than your brain after loosing your money.
