i did try message support for change email on account ( tenmillion )

because i need confirmation by email for cashout from vault

so without confirmation i can't do that

so i did lost password email

they ask me to prove that is my account i did do that and send them

 since 4 days ago with Milan is guy from support

and  should thery fix problem in 24 hours as bojana say is old woman in support i think

so they block me in support chat ..as in picture

Did you joined on this forum just create scam accusation against gambling sites ? Visited your profile and found some interesting post. It's not something about scam. It's your problem that you lost access of your email. Had you tried to ask for help on their announcement thread? Previously you made accusation against windice, why all the problem just happening with you?

Agree with you mate but I believe that there is some lapses on Primedice support based on his screenshot. Considering that the conversation is not edited. Support must not block the user from chatting. It should be deal properly no matter how annoying the OP was.

Seriously that gambling site is one of the reputable gambling sites. They will not destroy thier credibility for just 1 doge coin.
But i agree that the problem should be fixed even it is just small amount its still money that you play.

It seems you don't know about primedice yet, they were paid more than 2k btc to a someone who used hufflepuff as their username but after investigated, they know if he was cheated them. So how would they scam OP for 22 XRP or even 1 doge which only worth less than 35 sats?
There is no problem in primedice for now, you can check it now on their site. It's still alive and keep running with daily race and other contest

What's the progress of this OP? Primedice' big names are just around corner and active in the forum, did you already reached them?

It's not about the 22XRP but Primedice handles all things properly even how small the amount involved is.

You created the mistake of forgetting your own email password. Just give Primedice more time.

You should not bring problems to this thread, here is a thread about scams, while your problem is the result of your own mistakes, make a thread about primedice here only causes misunderstanding, I guess primedice is a scam because seeing the title of this thread.
