Its expected yet Blockchain technology is an innovative one and the current trend and hype for the moment.So it isn't surprising that it would be ahead on the list but well those things mentioned above would always next in line but for now Blockchain is already been considered
to be applied on any sector so it will normally increased the demand when it comes to Jobs and sooner or later there would be a specific course that
would be added on curriculum in regards with Blockchain and related things to it.

Solidity?  Sure if you are working with ethereum.  For bitcoin and related cryptos, I think that there are much different skillsets required.  Ethereum is so centralized that I am not convinced it will survive long term.  With the combination of bitcoin and lightning, it will face challenges.

I guess the need for smart contract programmers are very much needed to create an online business in blockchain. Smartcontracts are going to automate things in the future which would be a field to exploit by the new programmers. If I'd be younger enough to learn solidity I might just be one of the college student enrolling to university to learn the language.
