Such a low portfolio, the seller is not really promising enough: trading bot is involved money which must be invested on it, handing it over to something suspicious is stupid and trading bot with low price is suspicious.

A trading bot that has not passed the trust of the people is very dangerous. This is just new and we already have many that have past the test of time. It is better to stay safe than to be pitied with a bot that will have access to your API and cause financial loss.
