Yes, due to its location at the South Pole this place has a huge potential for solar energy and it tends to get significantly more sunlight than other places on the planet. That's why it is so cold in  Antarctica

First of all, you need to sign a partnership with Elon Mask to build a solar power station in Antarctica.

Probably set up some solar satellites in stationary low earth to mid earth orbit that then microwave their energy back to a receiving station on the ground.
