I don't think Barack Obama is developing quantum computers Because if he develops a quantum computer then why hide it It seems ridiculous to all of us. Also I think if he is really developing then it is very useful for everyone to work in crypto.

I don't think so.
But I know something that you certainly won’t believe.
I know people who will probably make real artificial intelligence (do not confuse with what has already been created, this can not be compared, it will be incommensurably more advanced technologies), which is much more complicated than a quantum computer. This is only in the process so far, but if they decide to make it public, it will be in about 0.5-1 year.
