I am glad you brought this topic up, since we talk a lot about Craig anyway but we definitely should not forget his failures. I hope he'll be destroyed when he does not open the wallet, because the Tulip Trust thing was a lie. And that is supposed to be no later than February 3 if I understand it right.
Ira Kleiman will win this case, because craig cannot open proving that he is Satoshi and opened all the wallet's addresses and even he has failed to prove him Satoshi, many people seem disappointed since the BSV party yesterday, because they are BSV lovers hoping to destroy bitcoin, because they believe craig fakesatoshi will replace it with BSV, but only in a dream
Actually, I thought he already won the case and the court ordered that Craig should give like the half of those bitcoins to Kleiman, no?
ever had the thought that ira is actually on CSW side and just playing the frenemy game.

next ira will do a peter todd and say how CSW has shown proof the tulip trust is real (privately) to quash the case. but then that case would be presented to the australian gov as proof of validation to get the ATO off his back..

all without actually showing public proof. just courtcase and media drama as his supposed proof
basically IRA and CSW preplanned the game to always have IRA lose in court as the proof of ira losing becomes fake proof of CSW win
I've never thought of it this way, but IMO it sounds too much like a conspiracy, and I hope the court will do more than just take Ira's words that it's all fine now...
Moreover, I suppose those coins should move somewhere, so Blockchain explorer will tell the truth anyway.

if you think the 2009-10 satoshi stash is at play in this court case. you are wrong.
its a stash from 2011-2013 which has already been documented as having just public keys of random addresses that are not even csw but things like mtgox cold store and such.

CSW is just trying to cause delaying drama just to get passed the 7 year statue of limitations of the ATO. and yes i think IRA is in on it too playing frenemies as he knows he will get a pay out from other scams that csw has done.

if csw can evade having to repay the ATO then evade the other investors trying to clawback his investments. then CSW becomes a rich man.. not from any historic stash of coins(he has none) but from his investment scams

CSW has faked documents before. such as pretending he wrote papers in 2007 which later were proven by their meta data to have been made in 2011+

CSW said he had private keys but after 5 years. has not shown any proof.

stop thinking the 2009-2010 has anything to do with CSW. it doesnt

Hi Franky 1,

I agree with you. I think no one is going to win the case because, Satoshi Nakamoto might come out shadow and produce his Genesis Block Private Key. It will be good drama. I think Craig has been order to pay Ira the court cost a big amounts of money. I am just waiting to hear the next move.

I am Satoshi Nakamoto

One thing is very clear and that is Craig is not fool rather he has fooled all of us who discussed all of his dramas. See this forum, here posts are full of Craig and with every reply (including me) we are bumping threads and giving him the popularity he is looking for.

Still, I think we should write about how he is joking with us all. I think Mr. Wright should have very big consequences if it is identity theft. I think that if it were treated as a crime and he got a big penalty, it would stop similar attempts to impersonate Satoshi in the future. In my opinion, if Mr. Wright was Satoshi and had access to wallets, he would have easily proved it long ago.

There is no case, so there will be no winner.
Ira maybe just thinks, that CSW has 1 Mio Bitcoins, because CSW announced he had it (which he most likely hasn't)
All documents provided by CSW are fake. CSW is not Satoshi Nakamoto and Dave Kleiman, who could have been Satoshi Nakamoto, is dead.
I remember CSW was unsuccessfully trying to get his hands on Dave's encrypted hard disks, probably because he thought there would be 1 Mio Bitcoins somewhere on these disks.
If Ira has Dave's disks, there is a small possibility, that he can find out the passwords to the encrypted disks and take control of these Bitcoins, without suing anywone.

if you think dave is satoshi
if u think the tulip trust did actually have collateral
if you think craig even knew the real satoshi
. you have much to learn

dave did not have bitcoins. he was just a notary to CSW file of public keys. dave got suckered into thinking CSW had loads of coins by seeing loads of public addresses.
dave had no big involvement in bitcoin and dave had no large stash of coins.

dave and csw were not anything related to the real satoshi.

Where did I say, that I think Dave is Satoshi?
Where did I say the Tulip Trust had collateral?
Where did I say I believe Craig knew the real Satoshi?

You have much to learn about reading and understanding.

I can't understand what they can't share. You already have a lot of bitcoin. They may lead a life where people are perhaps missing. Pity. Why do they claim such a thing even without Satoshi? Maybe Bitcoin should get rid of these people's domination.

Unfortunately this has stopped, we are creating. We are the ones who are interested in the explanations and talk about them. We are the ones that increase popularity. How about putting an end to this? People are interested in new technologies. However, there seems to be more interest in magazinal issues.

No, it's not, but I am pretty sure, that CSW is not Satoshi.

Everything would be much simpler if the judge stops and orders Craig Wright to move one of the coinbase outputs from, maybe the first 500 blocks? Until that transaction, he is not Satoshi.

if you actually followed the drama (aka done research)

Drama Research? Hahaha. OK.

Quote

you would know back in 2017 CSW denied having coinds from 2009-2010 and showed a bunch of public keys associates with transactions from 2011-2013 (some of which turned out as MTGox funds)

Has the judge showed his intent/desire to question the bonded courier? I believe that would give everyone another funny moment.
