Way too late imo
This scene has already had massive scamming, all the worst scams have been done already (i.e Onecoin), and the SEC has done not much about it : /
good to see them trying tho, so i guess points for that Tongue
the USERS have already learnt mostly what to look for in a scam, all this SEC thing will do is slow down the "legit scamcoins" like Richard Heart's
so many companies and rich people are making cryptos just to print their own money and make hype for themselves Sad
