Find their website or read their (verified) profiles on social media.

I'm sure they all have pgp keys and I think snowden actually has some service specifically for secure communications to connect whistleblowers and journalists.

I wouldn't expect much of a response unless you have something very interesting to say though.

It is not possible to contact Assange ‘securely’  as he is in a Britain jail and his communications are monitored by jail officials. I believe they will filter out anything they cannot read. You may be able to contact WikiLeaks via encrypted means.
