GPU VPS which also allows mining?

I am looking for a GPU VPS preferably located in a non (14-eyes) country. Would like to pay with blockchain or cryptocurrency. I am going to use it both for deep-learning and mining (when not in use).

I have looked at a few ones which are located in US, but didn't find any that allow for that.

Can anybody point me to anyone that allows for that?
