I know a little about ETH smart contract .. but in the last month I see a new thing for me .. it was somthing called (proxy contract)  .. I read an article in Medium that say in the topic (And Finally…. Proxy Contract Support on Etherscan.)
Can anyone give me more information about it?
And if its supported on another Blockchains?
