hey im user since 2014 on primedice

and on 2020 they make update for levels and race

so i join to make my level up everyday

i hit level platinum one

i spen more then 6 btc deposit

but now support banned my account without any reason !

my usernme ( waterbox ) plat vip one

and second account ( lisent ) gold vip

At first i wanna tell you that its not the perfect way of creating a scam accusation against any platform. I am really surprised after seeing that you have created your account on 2017 but still now you don't know about this sections pinned post where guidelines are available. Although your password has been changed and you have started to post after a long break. If you think primedice have done something wrong with you then you can contact them through their official bitcointalk account.

I will suggest you to give them PM including your thread link and hope they will give a response here. Until then keep patience and stop calling a platform is scam without having proper evidences against them.

I do agree with TalkStar, the OP should contact first primedice and give what situation he is in. Primedice is an old site here so I don't think they will ruin their reputation.
If the OP can go to their thread and send pm to their admin account or their advisor. Reach out to them first before giving them a scam label.

Your scam accusation reporting format is not detailed enough. For example how shall members believe what you said about spending more than 6 BTC in deposits?
Nobody is going to take your accusation seriously minus screenshots, TX IDs and chatlogs.

You should also desist from just creating a scam accusation before having a communication with the support to give you reasons why the blocked you account.

Basing on what you wrote in the OP, it would seem you created 2 accounts on Primedice. waterbox  a platinum VIP level account and lisent  a gold VIP level account

According to primedice's ToS. You are not supposed to create multiple accounts on their platform

PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User’s personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment and may not create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.

Most probably primedice took the action due to this reason and OP have already mentioned that he is the owner of two separate account there. Afterthat he can wait for their explanation and hopefully it will be the same what we are expecting.
