Bumping thread on Service Announcements (Altcoins)

A while ago, theymos changed bumping system is some boards. But in Service Announcements (Altcoins) board, it is still possible to bump threads with shit posts.

Take a look at this thread and see how the thread is bumped by newbies. Many of these posts have been made just after registration.

Service announcement (altcoin) was not included in the new bumping algorithm. Any changes made later?

Therefore, on these boards, bumping has changed:
 - Service Announcements
 - Announcements (Altcoins)
 - Tokens (Altcoins)
 - Bounties (Altcoins)

Breaking rule like that is risky for temporary bans or nuke (if there are massive thread bumps by newbies accounts and likely come from the same person). I see many newbies were nuked because of this rule-breaking.

According to mprep rule number 13
In his rules and guidlines. It is clearly stated that bumping the thread will be limited to once per 24 hours.

So i think this behavior will not be tolerated. As if we are following the exact rules.

When companies use thread bumping services, they break that rule (usually) and they don't wait enough 24 hours to make next bumps. Obey that rule means you don't have to use thread bumping service, so in contrast when one company decides to use that service, they automatically accept rule breaking at the beginning.
