It was about somedays ago when human rights accepted bitcoin as a means of payment. This is a great thing to bitcoin adoption. That means, bitcoin is getting accepted as a form of payment by organizations.

Not long too, like few days ago that france authority accepted bitcoin as a form of money that can be used.

Bitcoin has future, more organizations and countries will accept bitcoin in nearest future as money people can easily access and spend digitally and legally.

It is better that news than no news at all, or non-stop virus news...
They are posting about BITCOIN.

I also expect to see possible reaction from multiple ban nominations member with same HRF name Smiley

This is an old news as human rights foundation have started accepting donation in Bitcoin long ago and these are minor sucess which will get Bitcoin to mainstream as there might be other charitable organisations who will follow the same step and I have already seen some of them accepting other cryptos as well. This proves that crypto will outstand all the obstacles and thrive to make this world a better place.

It may be not big news, but still it's interesting to know and I'm glad it was poster here, it's better than all the blog and news site spam that plagues this board.

It's good to see BTC Pay Server getting more adoption, it shows that Bitcoin can be used without middlemen. Maybe it will inspire other services to abandon their centralized payment processors and switch to BTCP Pay Sever too?

I hope more and more merchants will find BTCPay Server so as to enjoy the 0% fees and no third-party involvement. This will drive adoption to potential entities that will want to integrate bitcoin as their payment method. Most merchants are having problem with btc payment because of third-party as they incur additional fee to the user. Now, with this, I hope they will re-consider of including btc as payment method within their system.

This means that the Human Rights Foundation are now accepting bitcoin as a payment method or an alternative paying method for their clients, this is also a part of adaptation by the government as well as we know that this  Human Rights foundation are under by the government so it is really part of the adaptation of it then maybe the wish of many people that the acceptance of the government will be part of it, and I am pretty happy because of this happenings.

BIG WINNER!

I think that all big organizations will sooner or later realize that Bitcoin is a currency and should be accepted as such. However, I advise everyone to be careful about whom they donate to, and to check exactly how the donated money is spent. I cannot say anything good or bad about a particular organization, but I can say that human rights around the world are at very low levels, especially in countries affected by wars and hyperinflation.

Given the billions of dollars they raise each year (all similar organizations), the results they achieve are virtually insignificant.

It's already good that bitcoin is accepted in another sector, in HRF in our case but you know what's even better news? They use BTC Pay Server instead of 3rd parties. At some point, adoption of bitcoin from the organization - Human Rights Foundation, for me, means the message: It's humans' right to use bitcoin and independent payment systems and currencies.
Btw what do you guys think about Human Rights Watch? It's the oldest and the most active organization worldwide, will they follow the HRF and implement bitcoin payments? Or will just continue their work without this?

Check this video from HRF: Why Bitcoin matters for human rights, in two minutes
