The miner broadcasts the new block to other nodes in the network. Other nodes know the blockchain history, so they can independently verify that the new block is valid. Broadcasting the entire blockchain with every block would be very resource intensive.

You didn't understand the question obviously. Koch44 was talking about blockchain.com the web wallet and the ID you get there when you create an account...

I believe that any GUID with a length of 36 characters that follows the format posted above me is theoretically a valid guid.
(Note: I believe it's a-f, 0-9)

But, not every GUID (obviously) belongs to a wallet, if that is what you mean by valid.

I haven't looked into the api, but if you go to https://login.blockchain.com/#/login

You can see if a wallet ID (guid) is being used by copy pasting it. If it asks you for a password/invalid password, there is a wallet associated with the GUID.

If it doesn't ask for anything, or give any errors, but simply refreshes or similar, there is no wallet file associated with that GUID.

15506a26-fa63-4158-a898-63e6f81aaf9f for example has a wallet file, where as 15506a26-fa63-4158-a898-63e6f81aaf9e does not.

With 32 characters it probably is  infeasible and (in the end useless ) to try and bruteforce possible wallet id's.

Blockchain.com accounts has no relationship to Bitcoin & Blockchain, and thus generation is done based on the database, just as it happens when creating an account on any site. The only difference is that the support team cannot access the content of the accounts (username and password) and therefore cannot recover the account if it is lost.

Although the account ID is similar to the public key, it will be random, and you can get it by clicking on Restore and inserting the email associated with that account. " wallet ID will be sent to your e-mail address."

Why do you want to know if it's valid? obviously, that's valid if they are showing it to your email and it's on your security center account.

AFAIK, you will receive wallet ID to the email which you had used to sign up for their service so it is going to be valid. But whenever you want to login to your blockchain wallet you need that ID since they never had the option to log in with your email so keep in mind you have wallet ID stored safely if you have any funds left in that wallet.

You mean the login requirements when logging in the blockchain.com account? Well, there's no docs that explaining about it I guess, it's just a unique alphanumeric generated when you create an account on blockchain.com, and used for login with the password.
You can only check the validity of the wallet id only with the password, if you successfully login in the account, there's no website or tools of blockchain.com that checks the validity of the wallet id afaik.
